He has litigated complex securities and patent cases involving terrabytes of documents, counsel spread across the country and teams of reviewers. He personally interviewed and selected e-Discovery vendors and is familiar with current e-Discovery options.
As a Special Master or e-Discovery Referee, Shirish takes a reasonable approach of tailoring the e-Discovery cost and burden to the size of the case.
